Noteworthy: Martha currently serves on the Charlotte Alpha Delta Pi Alumnae Association Board as the VP of Media and Membership. Also, she recently accepted a position on the Second String Santa Executive Board as the Volunteer Coordinator, an event that raises money for local Charlotte charities. Her college golf career playing for the Lady Royals Golf Team at Queens University of Charlotte from 2005-2009 and leading the team as Head Captain her senior year continued to fuel her passion for the game. After making the CVAC All Conference Honorable Mention Team in May of 2006, she was named to the Student Athlete Advisory Committee NCAA Division II in August of 2006. Martha made the Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll in 2008 and was the recipient of the Lady Royals Coaches Award in May 2009. She completed internships with Ballantyne Resort, The Golf Village and The Charlotte Regional Sports Commission during her time in the PGM program at Queens University of Charlotte.
