The Irish Creek Classic
March 6-9, 2013
Kannapolis, NC
The Club at Irish Creek
One of the most cherished venues on the eGolf Tour rotation, The Club at Irish Creek will once again return to its March date for an early-season event that will provide a stern test for all players in the field. The Club at Irish Creek, formerly known as Kannapolis Country Club, underwent a massive transformation via Davis Love III and his design company in 2007, in turn producing a masterpiece that Golfweek named the No. 5 “Best New Course of 2008.” Love managed to incorporate the majestic pines and hilly terrain of the old course and mesh it peacefully with the more open vistas of the new – all the while maintaining the charm that Kannapolis kept for so many years. The course has served as host of the North Carolina Open three times, and is an annual site for PGA TOUR Q-School.

Ballantyne Country Club Classic
March 12-14, 2013
Charlotte, NC
Ballantyne Country Club
For the first time in the eGolf Tour’s 12-year history, an event will be contested at the prestigious Ballantyne Country Club, located in one of south Charlotte’s premier locales: Ballantyne. The Rees Jones-designed course, which opened to rave reviews in 1996, is one of the more undulating layouts in the Charlotte region, with a number of shots played both up- and downhill to greens which feature subtle sloping and undulation. With generous room afforded off the tee, players are tempted to attack the course in aggressive fashion, but are often left with arduous risk/reward shots as water comes into play on nine holes, in the form of various streams and ponds that dot the stunning property. The course routes itself through towering mansions that house some of Charlotte’s elite residents, including a number of professional athletes and celebrities.

The Championship at St. James Plantation
March 27-30, 2013
Southport, NC
St. James Plantation (Reserve Club)
For the fourth consecutive year, the eGolf Tour returns to historic Southport, NC for the annual Championship at St. James Plantation. The event’s 2013 playing will mark the first year in which the prestigious Reserve Club course will serve as sole host of the event. The Reserve Club is a Jack Nicklaus design that opened in 2006 to rave reviews. It was named "Best New Course in North Carolina" by the 130-member North Carolina golf panel. In 2007, that same panel selected the top 100 golf courses and The Reserve debuted at No. 39, the highest ranking of any first-time nominee. The course plays in and around the tidal wetlands and various ponds that are native to the coastal area. At 7,212 yards, it is one of the best tests of golf in North Carolina, and has produced past champions such as current PGA TOUR member Jason Kokrak, current Web.com Tour member Richard Scott, and 2012 champion Josh Brock.

The Founders Club Classic at St. James Plantation
April 2-4, 2013
Southport, NC
St. James Plantation (Founders Club)
The Founders Club is a P.B. Dye signature design that is arguably the most awarded course in eastern North Carolina. One of a handful of Dye courses on the eGolf Tour schedule, the Founders Club course is known as one of the most scenic and arduous courses in the area – having opened in 1991 under the naming of The Gauntlet. Measuring just over 7,000 yards, it is not long by modern standards, but it rewards precise shotmaking and the intelligent player as it weaves throughout one of the more stunning vistas on the tour's 2010 schedule.

Forest Oaks Classic
April 17-19, 2013
Greensboro, NC
Forest Oaks Country Club
In April, the eGolf Tour will return to venerable Forest Oaks Country Club for the fifth time since the 2009 season. Forest Oaks hosted the PGA TOUR's best for 30 years as the site of the annual Wyndham Championship and produced winners such as Seve Ballesteros, Raymond Floyd, Davis Love III and Lanny Wadkins. The course underwent a restoration courtesy of Love's design group in 2005 and re-opened to great reviews for that fall's event. The demanding venue is a lengthy 7,212 yards and requires long and accurate tee shots to best approach the oversized, tiered greens. Former PGA TOUR players Scott Brown (2009) and Ben Martin (2010) won the first two eGolf Tour events at Forest Oaks, with Clint Jensen and Jonathan Fricke winning the spring and fall events, respectively, contested in 2012.

Columbia Open
May 1-4, 2013
Blythewood, SC
Columbia Country Club
The tour makes it’s eighth straight trip to Columbia (SC) Country Club, located in Blythewood, SC – just 10 minutes north of Columbia proper. The Ridge and Tall nines will be used at Columbia for the event as players are treated to fast, undulating greens that were the trademark of designer Ellis Maples and his mentor Donald Ross. The club has hosted numerous regional and state tournaments throughout the years, including the 2004 South Carolina Amateur Championship. Past champions of this event include PGA TOUR players Billy Horschel (2009) and Blake Adams (2008).

The Palisades Classic
May 15-17, 2013
Charlotte, NC
Palisades Country Club
For the first time since signing on as co-host of the annual River Hills Classic in 2010, Palisades Country Club in south Charlotte will host it’s own event with the inaugural Palisades Classic. The Palisades Country Club is a Jack Nicklaus design that sits on the North Carolina side of scenic Lake Wylie. Opened in 2004, the course has quickly developed a reputation for being one of the most difficult venues in the greater Charlotte area. Undulating and impeccable greens highlight a Nicklaus routing that takes advantage of the dense forests and meandering streams of the greater southwest Charlotte area.

Willow Creek Open
May 22-24, 2013
High Point, NC
Willow Creek Country Club
High Point Country Club's demanding Willow Creek course is a Willard Byrd design that hosted the LPGA Tour's Planters Pat Bradley International for 10 years - an event that was won six times by a future LPGA Hall of Fame member. In addition, the course has hosted 11 Carolinas Golf Association championships, including the prestigious Carolinas Amateur and North Carolina Amateur a combined five times. Both nines at Willow Creek begin on high ground at the scenic clubhouse, then play down towards river valleys that accentuate both sides. Meandering Abbotts Creek provides ample hazard to 10 holes on the Willow Creek course, and offers a scenic boundary for those holes to be played along. Former British Amateur champion Drew Weaver – a member at Willow Creek and the tour’s 2012 leading money winner – won the second annual Willow Creek Open in May of last year.

The Cardinal Classic
May 29-31, 2013
Greensboro, NC
Cardinal Golf & Country Club
The tour will make its maiden voyage to heralded Cardinal Golf & Country Club in May for the inaugural Cardinal Classic. The 1974 Pete Dye masterpiece has long been host of the prestigious Cardinal Amateur – one of the country’s top amateur events, and an annual staple on the Carolinas schedule. In 2006, Dye returned to Greensboro to restore his original layout, in turn lengthening the course to modern-era standards (7,002 yards / par 70), and bringing back the penal nature of one of his premier designs. The course covers 140 acres of undulating holes playing down and away from the clubhouse, as well as those located in the river valley amidst two lakes on property. A number of holes feature Dye’s signature railroad ties, which create the daunting look of the famous bulkhead found on some of his best courses – including TPC Sawgrass.

Spring Creek Classic
June 12-14, 2013
Gordonsville, VA
Spring Creek Golf Club
The annual Spring Creek Classic will take place at the immaculate Spring Creek Golf Club just outside of Charlottesville, VA. The course, which features wall-to-wall bent grass conditions, is known throughout the Southeast for its impeccable conditioning. In 2007, Spring Creek was named Golf Digest's "Best New Public Course" in the United States. The undulating course winds throughout the tree-lined countryside of central Virginia, and provides a stunning contrast between the vast green hues of the fairways and the eclectic variety of deciduous hardwoods that line each side of them. The event will mark the tour's eighth trip to Spring Creek between past playings of this event as well as two Tour Championships. Past champions include Seamus Power (2012), Matt Ryan (2011), Tadd Fujikawa (2010 Tour Championship), Roberto Castro (2009 & 2007), Matt Davidson (2008 Tour Championship) and Michael Sims (2008).

Mimosa Hills Open
June 19-21, 2013
Morganton, NC
Mimosa Hills Country Club
The eGolf Tour will make an inaugural trip to famed Mimosa Hills for the 2013 Mimosa Hills Open. Located in Morganton, NC (20 minutes west of Hickory, NC), the 1929 Donald Ross original has been the host of 12 major amateur championships in the Carolinas, including the 1940 & 1963 Carolinas Amateur; the 1985, 1986 & 1996 North Carolina Amateur; and the 1964 Carolinas Junior. Ross took painstaking advantage of Morganton’s natural beauty, utilizing the Blue Ridge Mountain skyline as a one-of-a-kind backdrop, while still routing the course in traditional fashion for the 1920s era – as seven holes lead back to the clubhouse. The club was the longtime home of legendary amateur Billy Joe Patton, who finished third in the 1954 Masters Tournament, and was a five-time member of the United States Walker Cup team.

The Southern Open
July 10-13, 2013
Kannapolis, NC
The Club at Irish Creek
The Club at Irish Creek will host the second of two events on the 2013 eGolf Tour, returning to the schedule in July for the ninth annual Southern Open – one of the longest tenured events on the tour. Irish Creek, formerly known as Kannapolis Country Club, underwent a massive transformation via Davis Love III and his design company in 2007, in turn producing a masterpiece that Golfweek named the No. HGM Hotels Classic at Rock Barn
July 17-20, 2013
Conover, NC
Rock Barn Golf Club-Robert Trent Jones Course
The Robert Trent Jones Course at Rock Barn Resort & Spa – host of the Champions Tour’s annual Greater Hickory Classic – will serve as the host course for the fourth annual HGM Hotels Classic at Rock Barn. The course opened in 2002 to rave reviews and was named the "No. 4 Best New Upscale Public Course" in the country by Golf Digest in 2003. In 2004, North Carolina Magazine named the Jones Course the "No. 1 Best New Course" in the state. Stunning on it's surface and arduous at it's core, the Jones Course meanders along Lyle Creek and relies heavily on the area's native undulations to create challenge and misdirection. The Greater Hickory Classic has produced champions such as Fred Funk, Craig Stadler, Jay Haas and Andy Bean in it's 10-year history. Past winners of the HGM Hotels Classic at Rock Barn include current Web.com Tour members Matt Harmon (2012) and Hudson Swafford (2011), as well as former Web.com Tour member Chris Thompson (2010).

River Run Classic
July 31-August 2, 2013
Davidson, NC
River Run Golf & Country Club
River Run Country Club was designed by Robert Walker and Raymond Floyd in 1989 and recently underwent a complete restoration, in turn bringing the course's signature green complexes and bunkering back into the fold. Noted architect Kris Spence reshaped all bunkers on the course, and oversaw the reshaping and reseeding of all 18 greens, in turn converting each from bent grass to the more heat-tolerant strain of champion Bermuda grass. The course is known as one of the most difficult in the Charlotte area and is a past host of the North Carolina Amateur Championship and North Carolina Open. Walker’s use of the undulating landscape allows for River Run to play significantly longer than the 7,208 yards it’s listed at on the scorecard. This will mark the eighth consecutive year that the eGolf Tour has contested an event at the exclusive club. The River Run Classic boasts a heady list of past champions, most notably current PGA TOUR players David Mathis (2007) and Tommy “Two Gloves” Gainey (2006).

River Hills Classic
August 14-17, 2013
Lake Wylie, SC
River Hills Country Club
This will mark the tour's fifth trip to the greater Lake Wylie, SC area for the playing of the River Hills Classic. River Hills Country Club is a 1969 Willard Byrd signature design just minutes south of downtown Charlotte on the banks of Lake Wylie. A tight course by design, River Hills demands precision accuracy off the tee to set up the ideal approaches from which to attack the small, well-protected greens. In the summer of 2012, noted architect Kris Spence redesigned and recontoured the greens at River Hills, changing them from bent grass surfaces to champion Bermuda surfaces during the process. In turn, the greens at River Hills will be some of the year’s best amidst the August heat, which the champion Bermuda thrives off of. Past champions of the River Hills Classic include current PGA TOUR member Roberto Castro (2008) and current Web.com Tour member Brice Garnett (2011).
