Hilton Head Island, SC – Former eGolf Tour winner Billy Horschel continued his torrid play of late, posting rounds of 71-68-68-74—281 (3-under) en route to a T9 finish at the PGA TOUR’s RBC Heritage – his third consecutive top-10 during what has now become the longest cuts-made streak on TOUR.

Horschel, who won the eGolf Tour’s Columbia Open in 2009, is just two weeks removed from a career-best T2 finish at the Shell Houston Open, and is currently in possession of the longest streak of weekends played on the PGA TOUR – 22, dating back to the 2012 FedEx St. Jude Classic.

At the RBC Heritage, contested at famed Harbour Town Golf Links, Horschel opened with rounds of 71-68-68—207 to sit tied for sixth at 6-under par entering Sunday’s final round.

However, the former Florida Gator star bogeyed three of his first eight holes to turn at 2-over 38 on day four, falling to 4-under par for the week. Comeback birdies on 11 and 13 took him back to a respectable even par for the day, given the steady winds ranging from 20 to 30 mph throughout the day.

At 6-under par and with a chance to post a clubhouse number, Horschel struggled down the stretch, bogeying the par-3 17th and double-bogeying the famous par-4 18th to finish the day with a 3-over 74, finishing T9 on the week.

The finish was worth $125,666 to Horschel, pushing his season-long earnings up to $1,379,891 – good for 16th on the 2013 money list.

Brendon de Jonge, who played the eGolf Tour in 2008, matched Horschel with a T9 finish of his own, carding rounds of 70-69-67-75—281 for his third top-10 of the year.

The native Zimbabwean entered the final round in contention, tied for fourth at 7-under par. Like Horschel, however, he struggled amidst the final-round winds, carding two bogeys and a double-bogey for a birdie-free closing 75.

The T9 was his third consecutive top-25 finish on the PGA TOUR, and raised his 2013 earnings up to $800,325 – good for 42nd on the money list.

Other eGolf Tour players to make the cut in Hilton Head include Steve LeBrun (T18), Justin Hicks (T18), Scott Langley (T24), Darron Stiles (T24), Chris Kirk (T30), Ted Potter (T35), Brad Fritsch (T42), Will Claxton (T42), Brian Harman (T59), Jin Park (T59), Scott Brown (T64), Jason Bohn (T66), Casey Wittenberg (70), Josh Teater (MDF), Tommy Gainey (MDF), Jason Kokrak (MDF), Lee Williams (MDF), Henrik Norlander (MDF), Matt Every (MDF) and William McGirt (MDF).
